FEMA Region 10 requires maintenance, inspections, and repair services for elevator equipment to ensure proper operation and safety compliance. 

The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, and materials for preventative maintenance and repair services for elevator equipment at FEMA Region 10 locations. Services include, but are not limited to, inspections, maintenance, checks, repairs, and reporting as detailed in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO).
