Horwath Lakebed Encroachment Permit PL-25-254

The Horwath Lakebed Encroachment Permit PL-25-254 involves the construction of a swim platform addition to an existing pier and dock located at 14035 Rosewood Ln., Clearlake, CA. The scope of work includes the installation of a 4 ft x 10 ft landing, a 3 ft x 24 ft gangway, and a 10 ft x 20 ft suspended platform, which requires driving six metal pilings into the lakebed. All construction activities must be performed in the lake using pontoon boats and barges.
