The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain Hotel Accommodation and Related Services for U.S. Government at Libreville for a US Embassy Libreville guests. The Contractor shall provide availability of rooms during the named period
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database
SAM.gov | Home prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
