The contract employs a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method, where technical acceptability is assessed on a pass/fail basis against the Statement of Work, and award is made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer. Performance is scheduled for a single, fixed-period run from July 27 to August 3, 2026, with a firm-fixed-price structure. Electronic invoicing through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) is required, and payment is handled by the DoDAAC F87700 with inspection and acceptance coordinated by Terrance Goldsmith at DoDAAC F3PF21. The contract includes clauses prohibiting procurement from inverted domestic corporations, mandated subcontracting limitations for SDVOSBs, and restrictions on covered telecommunications equipment and hazardous substances like hexavalent chromium. Participation requires active SAM registration, a valid UEI and CAGE code, and affirmative certification of SDVOSB status, with no subcontracting allowed beyond limits specified in FAR 52.219-14. The contract does not specify option periods, funding sources, or total value, and no contract type beyond firm-fixed-price is explicitly declared.
