The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency is issuing a Request for Information to gather market data for the potential acquisition of two new human psychophysiological and behavioral measurement suites for a research laboratory in Quantico, Virginia. The suites must include integrated hardware and software capable of advanced biometric data collection, including eye tracking with 60 to 1,200+ Hz sampling and sub-0.5-degree spatial accuracy using IR/NIR illumination, galvanic skin response with a 0.05 to 100 microsiemens range and 10 to 50 Hz sampling, electroencephalography with 100 to 500 Hz sampling using active electrodes, and electrocardiography and electromyography systems measuring heart rate and heart rate variability, all seamlessly integrated with BIOPAC systems. Additionally, a mixed reality headset with capabilities comparable to the Varjo XR-4 TAA Secure non-RF passthrough model, featuring 200 Hz eye tracking and controllers, is required along with supporting research software and technical integration services. All hardware and software must be Trade Agreements Act compliant and capable of operation within secure Department of Defense environments, with vendors required to disclose any security configurations or firmware limitations that could impact deployment.
