The OHDACA Project for Medical Equipment for Ukraine’s Children Hospital, identified by solicitation number W564KV26QA021 and project number UP-HA-2025-00090660, was conducted as a full and open competitive action using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process.
