Except as provided in paragraph (c) of this subsection, bid guarantees shall be required whenever a performance bond or a performance and payment bond is required.
Since the Solicitation is marked “Yes” in box 12a requiring performance and payment binds, and the FAR Clause 52.228-15 Performance and Payment Bonds-Construction (Jun 2020) is included in the Solicitation, BID BONDS ARE ALSO REQUIRED.
