The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes upgrading the concrete barrier at the northbound (NB) Interstate (I-) 80 westbound (WB) off-ramp to Redwood Street in the city of Vallejo, Solano County, at post mile (PM) 4.5. The project will upgrade the existing concrete barrier (Type K) to concrete barrier (Type 60MS) to improve pedestrian safety and prevent run-off road collisions.
