DGS’ intent is to retain a Contractor to provide refuse and recycling collection services for various County Facilities. Montgomery County, Maryland intends to establish a contract with a qualified vendor(s) for the purpose of providing collection and transport of refuse (trash) and pre-sorted recyclable materials (commingled materials and mixed paper/cardboard) from various County facilities in Montgomery County as specified in the solicitation/schedule sheets.
