The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to repair and certify three backflow devices that failed annual certification required by the City of Fresno. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to contact@example.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 134215, Backflow Prevention Assembly Replacement and Repairs and Contractor Business Name. Bidders are not required to visit the worksite. Bidders are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the local conditions, to accurately measure area and ensure the actual area of work for the preparation of their bid. Contractors bidding without visiting the worksite do so at their own risk.
