The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify the type of industry partners that are capable of providing services in the realm of Diversity Equity Inclusion and Accessibility to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM)/Office of the Director/ODEIA. Responses to this notice will assist OPM in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy, including whether a small business set-aside is possible. The U. S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (ODEIA) will support and manage the implementation of Executive Order 14035 Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in the Federal Workforce. The ultimate awardee will accomplish this by: 1) Developing guidance, tools, and resources to support agencies in strengthening and advancing DEIA in the federal workforce, 2) Assessing and identifying barriers that lead to inequities in federal employment, and 3) Providing logistics and DEIA Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support NAICS 541612 Human Resources Consulting Services and/or 541618 Other Management Consulting Services NOTE: This is a Sources Sought Notice for Market Research Purposes only. All responses are provided on a voluntary basis by interested industry partners. Scope of Work In support of the Biden-Harris Administrations commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, ODEIA requires a contractor to provide guidance, tools, and resources to support agencies in strengthening and advancing DEIA in the federal workforce. The Contractor will be required to perform, but is not limited to the following: SEE ATTACHED TABLE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - SOO Table 24361821S0201 - (2nd attachment will be deleted as soon as system issues are resolved) Period of Performance: Any requirement resulting from this SSN is expected to consist of a base plus two (2) option years. Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan This is a sources-sought notice, should the Government release in the future a request for proposals, a QASP will be included at that time.
