The Royal Canadian Mounted Police is seeking a standing offer for premium-grade thermal paper used in in-car mobile printers, specifically two sizes: 8.5x11 inches (MMR 129162) and 8.5x14 inches (MMR 129163), each supplied in boxes of six rolls. The contract will be valid for an initial three-year term, with two optional one-year extensions, enabling the RCMP to issue call-ups as needed. All deliveries must be completed within thirty calendar days of receiving a call-up, and goods must be delivered Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) under Incoterms 2020 to locations across Canada. The paper must meet strict technical specifications including a phenol-free composition with no detectable BPA or BPS, a minimum thickness of 60 microns and weight of 75±5 GSM, a white color, a top coating, and a minimum of 100 usable sheets per 8.5x11 roll or 80 per 8.5x14 roll. The material must be durable enough to withstand extreme weather conditions such as heat, cold, sunlight, rain, and snow, while also being tear-resistant except along perforated lines. Packaging is subject to mandatory environmental requirements, requiring all materials to be reusable, returnable, or recyclable, and each individual roll must be sealed in plastic or foil with labeling in English indicating the product name and model number on either the roll or outer packaging. Offers are open exclusively to Canadian suppliers and those from applicable trading partners under reciprocal procurement rules.
