INL/El Salvador: ILEA Catering Services

The contract for catering services at ILEA San Salvador calls for a provider capable of delivering daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two coffee/snack breaks, to support law enforcement training participants. This includes weekend service and flexible scheduling to meet the needs of approximately 1,600 students annually, amounting to about 49,600 meals over the contract period. The contract spans from July 20, 2026, through December 31, 2030, consisting of a five-month base period plus four one-year option periods. The catering service must accommodate diverse dietary needs, including allergies, medical conditions, vegetarian/vegan diets, kosher, and halal requirements.
