Inspection and Maintenance of Boom Lift, 730AMS, Yokota Air Base

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform inspection, preventive maintenance, load test and repair of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), two (2) JLG Boom Lifts (Model 600S, YMLGG1038 Serial No. 0300231038 and YMLGG1039, Serial No. 0300231039) and one (1) Genie Articulated Z Boom (Model Z-45/251J DC Serial No. Z4525N57846), for the 730 Air Mobility Squadron (730 AMS), Buildings 90 and 71, at Yokota Air Base, Japan in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards and practices, and manufacturer's specifications. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: The offeror shall confirm whether the emails have been received by the Buyer. In the event that the email cannot be received, it is the offeror's responsibility. Note 4: The offeror does not quote for CLINs X002 for repair service. The Government will fill-in those amount after award.
