Full Description

The Regional Contracting Center-Fort Bragg intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 with Lafayette Business Machines, Incorporated to provide cost per copy services for a three (3) month base period plus two 2-month option periods. The base period of performance begins 1 July 2008 through 30 September 2008. This requirement requires the contractor to furnish all labor, transportation, parts, equipment and supplies except paper necessary to lease and maintain approximately 537 copiers at Fort Bragg, North Carolina and surrounding area. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you wish to comment on this action, you must respond by 12:00 Noon, Eastern Daylight Time, 27 June 2008.
