The Air Force Cryptologic Office (AFCO) Cyberspace Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Multi-Domain Innovation Division is soliciting innovative commercial capabilities through Commercial Solutions Opening FA7037-21-S-C001. The agency is seeking mature technologies and innovative services in Electromagnetic Warfare, Information Operations, and electromagnetic digital communications, with a specific goal of achieving a field demonstration within one year. The procurement process is divided into two phases: Phase I requires the submission of a quad chart and a white paper, while Phase II consists of full proposals by invitation only. The evaluation process is based on technical merit, importance to agency programs, and fund availability, utilizing peer or scientific review to select offerors.
