The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) requires on-demand IT and organizational support to meet increasing operational demands due to a growing number of refugee claims and hearings. The IRB’s Digital Strategy and Engagement (DSE) Directorate is seeking support in establishing an enterprise architecture practice, optimizing project management frameworks (PMFs) to incorporate and facilitate product management, and integrating new technologies to align with current technology standards, architectural principles, and business needs. The focus will be to mature the IRB’s enterprise architecture and to enhance PMFs, in support of the Government of Canada Policy on Service and Digital.
