Performance is measured by zero tolerance for stockouts, 100% product usability upon delivery, full compliance with cold-chain and expiration requirements, single-lot shipments, and consistent on-time delivery rates of at least 95%, with a product acceptance rate of no less than 98%. All deliveries must arrive at the designated location in undamaged condition, with verified temperature control and maximum remaining shelf life, using only authorized Abbott products without substitution unless explicitly approved.
