ITB - Mowing and Various Maintenance Services for the West Region for Harris County Flood Control District

Harris County is soliciting bids for mowing and various maintenance services for the West Region of the Harris County Flood Control District, with a performance period of one year beginning approximately January 1, 2027. The scope of work includes mowing channels, basins, and tree planting sites across three annual cycles, with each cycle requiring completion within 45 calendar days. Maintenance standards require grass to be cut between eight and twelve inches in height, with a six-inch vegetated buffer maintained around permanent structures. The contractor is responsible for edging curbs and walks, removing debris from adjacent streets, and repairing any equipment-related damage to the site.
