NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE-SOURCE UNDER FAR 6.302 The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office, proposes to award noncompetitive contract to D.R. Systems Northwest to provide interim technical and correctional support services for the existing BLM EcoSurvey Software Suite developed by their firm. D.R. Systems shall maintain the software system developed by their firm until the new version of the BLM EcoSurvey Software suite is developed and released via a new contract. The work shall include software correction services to fix and resolve errors discovered in the system and to provide general technical operational support. The basis to award sole-source is due to the proprietary nature of EcoSurvey Software, as it was developed by D.R. Systems Northwest. Therefore, support services shall be performed by D.R. Systems Northwest for the system developed under their contract. This acquisition is pursuant to 41 USC 253 (c), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition.
