This is a synopsis for HVAC Equipment Maintenance Services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented by additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. The NAICS Code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment repair and Maintenance Services with a size standard of $6.5 Million. NAICS Code 561210 Facilities Support Services with a size standard is $32.5 Million. Any amendment(s) hereto will only be published on the Fed Biz Ops website. Delivery of the services is needed to start not later than July 27, 2007. The Government reserves the right to make award without discussions.
