FOR : Copier Maintenance ON: April 1, 2012 March 31, 2013 NAICS: 811212 Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance AUTHORITY: 13.106(b)Soliciting from a single source Determinations not to compete this proposed procurement were made because: The Kenai NWR has two Konica Minolta copier/printer/fax machines that are utilized on a daily basis. Konica Minolta Business Solutions (formerly Frontier Business Systems) is the only authorized dealer on the Kenai Peninsula authorized to work on Konica Minolta Machines. This procurement is for the continued manufacturer copier maintenance service agreement for a base year with four option periods. The base period of performance will be from April 1, 2012 through March 31, 2013. The continuity of service with Konica Minolta Business Solutions will provide the support required to maintain the existing government owned equipment.
