J--OPERATING ROOM REPAIRS

The NF/SG VHS, Gainesville, FL 32608 intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price contract with Stryker Communications 1410 Lakeside Parkway #100 a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 for the repair and replacement of Articulating Arm, Universal Flat panel yoke, flat panel spring arm, two flat panel arc cable kits, and central axis EDS light suspension. Work to be completed by Stryker trained technicians. If there are any firms who wish to identify their interests and capability to provide this equipment must provide proof that authorization from the manufacturer has been attained by notifying the Contracting Officer no later than one business days from the date of this posting. Such notification must include any documentation that includes certifications and description of services that meets or exceeds the capabilities of the manufacturer. Notifications shall be emailed to David Taylor, Purchasing Agent contact@example.gov. Upon receipt of any such notifications, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations. Responses received will be evaluated, however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the NF/SG VHS, Gainesville FL, will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Stryker Communications. This notice is not request for competitive proposals or quotes.
