Full Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Installation Division (ID), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to award a sole source award (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) to Canon U.S.A., Inc., located at 2110 Washington Blvd, Ste 300, Arlington, VA 22204-5710. U.S. Army Public Health Command (PHC) policy mandates the removal of all hard disk drives at the end of the copier lease. The contractor shall remove existing hard drives of 28 leased Canon copiers and replace with new Canon hard drives. Upon expiration of the leasing contract (W91ZLK-07-F-0439) and removal and replacement of hard drives, the leased copiers shall be returned to Canon. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811212 and the size standard is $25M. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, 25 June 2012. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers.
