The Naval Sea System Command intends to award a sole source contract for up to 123,082 hours of supportability and repair services, hardware refurbishments, and Provisioned Items Orders with L3 Communications, Ocean Systems Division, 15825 Roxford Street, Sylmar, CA 91342-3597. The contract would cover one base year and four options of one year duration each. Support would include Program Management, Engineering and Technical Services, Depot Operations, Integrated Logistics Support, Configuration Management, Repair and material, and related data for the TB-23/BQ Towed System and related support test equipment. Retrofit kits, refurbishment and module salvage for up to 450 TB-23 modules may be ordered. Provisioned Item Orders may be placed.
