Daikin purposes to provide an annual maintenance agreement for existing Daikin Chillers, Cond. Water, CW Pumps, Refrigerant Monitor, and Cooling Tower MA located at the facility. This contract action is for items for which the Government intends to solicit from only one source under the authority of FAR 12.102, Soliciting from a Single Source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811310 with a small business size standard of $12.5 Million Dollars. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.
