J042-- Jesse Brown VAMC Replace and recharge Ansul Fire Suppression System Primary tank and Ansul System Tank

The contract involves the replacement of the actuator and recharging of the Ansul Fire Suppression System primary tank located in the OIT 7th floor server room at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. The work must be completed within thirty calendar days of award, with delivery and performance occurring at the designated site under FOB Destination terms. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract, and the government will award to the most advantageous offer based on a holistic assessment of technical quality, price, and veterans involvement, where veterans involvement serves as a tiebreaker only when technical and price evaluations are equal. No lowest price technically acceptable process is used, allowing the government to select a higher-priced offer that provides superior technical merit or added benefits.
