This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Choose an item. are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 12639526Q0120 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for janitorial services for the USDA, AMS, Cotton and Tobacco Program Memphis complex located at 3275 Appling Road, Memphis, TN 38133. USDA intends to award a five (5) year IDIQ contract for janitorial services as a result of this solicitation.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720-Janitorial Services The small business size standard is $.22.0 Million. This acquisition is set aside for SBA-Certified Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB).
