Canada is seeking qualified offerors to provide comprehensive janitorial services at the Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development Centre in Quebec, covering a facility of 13,769 square meters. The contract requires daily cleaning during standard and non-standard hours, waste management, sanitization, and strict adherence to biosecurity protocols mandated by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. All personnel must complete AAFC-specific biosecurity training and hold a valid RELIABILITY security clearance to access the site. Cleaning standards are rigorous: no debris, dust, stains, streaks, or residues may remain on any surface, and monthly inspections must be conducted and documented, with reports submitted within one week. The annual cleaning schedule must align with Part A, Section 4.0 of the Statement of Work, and contractors must supply all equipment, tools, and cleaning products while maintaining them appropriately.
