Full Description

NSA Crane, Main Site requires a design for eventual AE execution to relocate the OTA line. Concept is to tie the OTA leg off of the east load & fill (ELF) instead of the west load & fill (WLF), and run as much of the line along existing roadways as possible. Will need to coordinate with EV for help with required tree clearing. Requesting award of design package in FEB 2023. Proposed funding solution for execution is 2912-E. 2912-E funds are typically available mid-July 202X , with the requirement to award execution within 12 months of funds availability. Execution cost is confidently expected to trigger 1391 threshold.
