Install new junction boxes in zones 2 and 4. Install new header cables between junction boxes, pull pits and connection pits in zones 2 and 4. Replace defective land anodes. Replace defective sea anodes. Provide paths to escape chlorine gas for all the sea anodes. Provide paths to escape chlorine gas for all the land anodes. Install new anode covers at all land anode wells. Install new breathers for all the 8 TRs. Change the TR oil for all the 8 TRs. Coat all the TRs, Junction boxes and sunshades. Clean all the pit boxes after completing chlorine mitigation US Navy to assess the lids of the pit boxes for structural performance
