Full Description

Construct a low-rise communications facility. The facility will provide space for administration and support, maintenance and storage, communication equipment, and logistics support area. Project areas for emergency power resiliency, such as emergency power generators, and uninterruptible power supply. The facility also includes a vault to support communication systems. Proposed construction is precast concrete walls, reinforced concrete slabs and foundation, low and steep slope roof construction supported by steel framing. Demolition includes the removal of two low-rise buildings: Terminal Equipment Building which is a 4,645 m2 administrative and communication equipment building; Generator Building, which is a 576 m2 utility building.
