Teacher resources shall include strategies that promote rigorous instruction, address potential challenges, and differentiate instruction. The formative assessments shall provide data on which to tailor instruction. The professional learning shall increase teacher knowledge which is expected to improve instruction, which, in turn, is expected to improve student learning/achievement.
