K--AN/ALR-67(V)3 Engineering Support

The Raytheon Company has been awarded a one-year contract modification to extend its existing agreement for additional engineering support related to the AN/ALR-67(V)3 system. This extension, under contract N68936-09-C-0029 P00027, enables Raytheon to continue its current work, which includes supporting the transition of software and system engineering, managing total configuration, and handling both software and hardware configuration items alongside development and testing activities. As the original equipment manufacturer and designer of the AN/ALR-67(V)3, Raytheon possesses the essential data, equipment, and expertise required to fulfill these tasks effectively. The modification authorizes an additional 25,896 labor hours specifically dedicated to supporting the AN/ALR-67(V)3 efforts. The work is overseen by the Naval Air Warfare Center, operating under the Department of Defense, and is primarily based out of China Lake, California. This contract ensures continued technical and engineering support critical to maintaining and advancing the capabilities of the AN/ALR-67(V)3 radar warning system used in tactical air combat environments.
