KITCHEN EQUIPMENT

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, has issued solicitation 38-27 to establish a non-exclusive, one-time purchase order contract for various kitchen equipment. The procurement includes reach-in freezers, reach-in refrigerators, mobile heated cabinets from Metro and Cambro, and drop-in well bundles and electric hot food wells from Hatco. All equipment must be new, current model year, and meet NSF and ENERGY STAR standards. The award will be granted to a responsible vendor who submits a conforming bid for all requested items at the lowest total cost. Bids must be submitted by September 29, 2026, at 10:30 AM ET to the Bureau of Purchase and Property. Compliant submissions must include a signed transmittal letter, a completed offer section, and vendor contact information. Vendors must be registered to conduct business in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file. Delivery is required within 30 days of the purchase order receipt, shipped FOB Destination to the DHHS Youth Treatment Center in Hampstead, NH. Payment terms are set at 30 days following the later of invoice receipt or final product acceptance. Additionally, vendors must provide material safety data sheets for products covered by RSA 277-A and provide certification for any environmentally preferred products.
