GUARDRAIL AND PARTS

The State of New Hampshire, through the Department of Administrative Services, is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of guardrail and parts. The scope includes various road safety components such as galvanized W-Beam guardrail sections, splice and post bolts, hex nuts, and specialized systems including Nu-Guard repair parts and MSKT complete end units meeting TL3 specifications for speeds over 40 mph. All products must be new and comply with NHDOT General Specifications for All Guard Rail and Parts. The award will be granted to the vendor that meets all established criteria and provides the lowest total cost, with a requirement that vendors must bid on all items within a section for that section to be considered. Deliveries are required to be FOB Destination to state agency receiving docks, with a delivery window of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Vendors must ensure their shippers call 48 hours in advance of delivery and must complete all deliveries within 30 days of receiving a purchase order. Payments are processed via ACH and are due 30 days after the invoice is received or after items are inspected and accepted, whichever is later. Bidders must be registered to conduct business in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file.
