Kitchen Renovation

The U.S. Embassy in Paris is soliciting bids for the renovation of a single kitchen within a U.S. government building located at 2 Avenue Gabriel, Paris, under solicitation number 19FR6326Q0097. The contract will be awarded on a lowest price technically acceptable basis to a responsible contractor who submits a responsive offer by the August 20, 2026 deadline. The scope includes demolition, installation of kitchen furniture and appliances, plumbing and electrical rough-ins, tiling, ventilation systems, and final cleanup, with deliverables requiring submission of a bar chart schedule, health and safety plan compliant with French PPSP requirements, a subcontracting plan, proof of insurance, and CONSUEL certification for electrical work. Subcontractors must meet the same compliance obligations, and all personnel on-site must have authorization under U.S. Department of State policies. A bilingual English-French supervisor must be present at all times, and a security clearance process mandates submission of worker identification details within ten days of award.
