L--L - Systems Design, Engineering and Integration Agent Services for the Submarine Rescue Diving and Recompression System (SRDRS) Program

The Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA) plans to award a contract to Oceaneering International, Inc. to manage and oversee all Systems Design, Engineering, and Integration activities associated with the Submarine Rescue System (SRS). This includes responsibilities for development, production, integration, and testing phases of the SRS. In addition to these management roles, the contract options extend to Oceaneering fabricating, testing, and delivering specific components such as the Deck Transfer Lock, Gas Racks, Manway elements, and other related equipment critical to the SRS. Oceaneering has been providing continuous management and engineering support for the Submarine Rescue Diving and Recompression System program, making it uniquely qualified to avoid cost duplication and delays in delivering a fully capable system for the U.S. Navy. Given the specialized and ongoing nature of Oceaneering’s involvement, awarding this contract to another company could lead to significant inefficiencies and hinder timely delivery.
