F1Q3BN6152A100SIRSIUpgradeCurrently this is an unfunded requirement that may or may not be funded this fiscal year. If funded, 436th Contracting Squadron, Dover AFB, Delaware intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to SIRSIDYNIX, 101 Washington Street SE, Huntsville, AL 35801-4827. This acquisition is sole source. Per August 22, 2006 letter from SIRSIDYNIX, ?UNICORN is a proprietary software product that is only available from SIRSIDYNIX; software is provided only to those users that have signed a licensing agreement.? SIRSIDYNIX is the only vendor of the UNICORN product. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 541511. The following SIRSIDYNIX product and service will be procured: iLINK/iBISTRO upgrade to include program management fee, standard migration package, on-site training, and travel expense for instructor. The location of the service is Dover AFB, Delaware, Library Building 262. Government furnished support includes 110 voltage to power equipment. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete quote, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government's requirement. In addition, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e., Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR Part 12. Anticipated Award date is on or about 1 October 2006. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, 7 September 2006. Responses should be submitted to Mrs. Lani L.
