Description:
The County of Franklin is currently accepting proposals to deliver 26,000 tons of stone to 9340 Virgil H Goode Highway, Rocky Mount, VA 24151. All proposals should be sealed and marked Landfill Drainage Stone in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope. All proposals must be received by October 7, 2026 at 2:00pm local prevailing time.
A pre-proposal inspection of the site is mandatory and can be arranged on September 28, 2026; please contact Jeff Gauldin to arrange a meeting. Several one-hour meeting slots will be available.
