The Embassy of Canada to Saudi Arabia is soliciting proposals for commercial Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services for the following location;Embassy CompoundThe Embassy compound is located in the Diplomatic Quarter in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a property of approximately 6300 square meters comprise of flowerbeds, lawns, trees, shrubs, palm trees surrounding the Chancery and the Official Residence (OR) and many plants inside the Chancery and OR.The objective is to provide professional landscaping and grounds maintenance services without interruption at the Embassy of Canada compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia pertaining to maintaining large trees and plants and support as required during annual summer turnover of its Staff Quarters. The work must be carried out, as per industry standards and best practices, thus maintaining the appearance and health of the grounds and the representational image of Canada in Saudi Arabia. In order to achieve this objective, the levels of service and their specifications described herein must be followed.The Contractor will be required to provide a range of landscaping and grounds maintenance services at the Embassy of Canada compound interior and exterior located in the Diplomatic Quarter in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as detailed herein including all personnel, materials, supplies, labour, supervision, tools, equipment, and other items related to the services as described in this document, and is exempt only from those items that are specifically noted.
