The solicitation (SF 1449) will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation may be downloaded from this website. Contractors shall be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Contractors shall ensure SAM registration is active.
