Leachate Hauling for City of Waco

The City of Waco is seeking qualified contractors to provide leachate hauling services from its solid waste landfill facility at 4730 TK Parkway in Axtell, Texas to the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 1147 Treatment Plant Road in Waco, Texas, a distance of approximately 20.6 miles one way. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, transportation, permits, and materials necessary to safely and legally load, haul, and unload leachate during operational hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. All loads must be transported as full loads; the City will not compensate for underfilled or incomplete loads unless prior approval is obtained from the Landfill Manager, in which case partial loads will be paid at a pro-rated rate only when the on-site storage tank is completely emptied.
