University Health ("UH") Facilities Management is seeking qualified contractors to provide proposals to conduct a life safety assessment of University Health locations based on NFPA 101:2012 edition of the Life Safety Code, Joint Commission HAP standards and CMS conditions of participation. The survey shall be coordinated with a Director of Facilities Management or their designee. See Exhibit A, Building List for the building classifications and square footages per location. Square footage per location is University Health’s best estimate at the time of this RFP.
