Lifelong Learning Center Support Services

The City of Norfolk has issued Request for Proposals 11202-0-2027/MD to secure support services for the Office of Lifelong Learning, specifically to maintain and expand the Believe in Learning Norfolk (BILN) initiative. The selected contractor will be responsible for promoting informal lifelong learning opportunities through marketing content creation, webpage management, and the development of community partnerships. Key deliverables include the execution of a Summer of Learning program featuring a large-scale kickoff event, the coordination of monthly interactive programs at all Norfolk Public Library branches, and the provision of quarterly and final reports analyzing program impact and return on investment.
