Link-Belt RTC-8030 Crane Repair

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, is seeking a contractor to return a Link-Belt RTC-8030 crane, serial number E8K1-2290, to full operational and safe working conditions. This unrestricted full and open competition under NAICS 811310 requires the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary for comprehensive repairs, including cylinder rebuilds, engine and drivetrain service, hydraulic system pressure testing, and Rated Capacity Limiter diagnostics. All work must be performed at the contractor's facility, and the contractor is responsible for round-trip transportation to and from the client location in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The contract mandates the use of new Genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts from Link-Belt or authorized suppliers to ensure safety, regulatory compliance with EM-385-1-1, and operational integrity. The period of performance is 90 calendar days from the date of award or Notice to Proceed. Final acceptance is contingent upon the safe delivery of the crane and the provision of a formal certificate of inspection, which must include the results of a successful load test.
