The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMSLAN-2008-R5, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602 to Palmdale Water District, as represented by Scott Rogers. Sediment removal activities will occur over a 7-12 year period and approximately 1,165,000 cubic yards of sediment will be removed from a 9-acre area within the reservoir. This amendment will expand the sediment removal area from a 9 acre area to the originally planned 50.6 acre work area.
