Sublease HD-9383 was originally entered into on November 2, 2021 between the Port of Long Beach and Long Wall Company, formerly known as ABL Space Systems Company, to occupy 407,757 square feet of land, submerged land, and improvements thereon on the Navy Mole for the construction, manufacturing, and operation of a spacecraft processing facility to assemble, test, and store launch vehicles and satellites; mooring of ships, boats, barges, and other watercraft in its allotted place; unloading and loading of cargo; storage, handling, and removal of fuel and hazardous materials; storage of equipment in relation to its operations; and all lawful activities related and incidental thereto.
