Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking qualifications and pricing from companies and institutions that can provide lot release testing services. As a result of this RFP, qualified respondents will be asked to enter into a 3 to 5 year Lot Release Testing Services Agreement. Types of requests are listed below. Master Cell Banks- such as 293T with no modifications or Wild Type PG13 cells Gamma-Retrovirus from Producer Cell Line Producer cell line testing in PG13 cells or 293T cells Lentivirus by Transient Transfection or Retrovirus by Transient Transfection Y1-2 Y3-5 This is a Continuous Procurement, and vendors are encouraged to submit as a proposal at their convenience.
