Acquisition Description:
This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal. The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (NIH-CC) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Lumivero LLC.
The NIH requires the purchase of the one year licenses for the Lumivero Nvivo software licenses.
32x Qty of NVivo 15 PER SEAT SUBSCRIPTION
Justification:
This acquisition is a renewal of the Clinical Center’s existing NVivo enterprise licensing and support. The NIH specifically requires an upgrade/renewal of NVivo licenses, and the vendor quote is issued by Lumivero LLC for NVivo 15 subscriptions. Continuation of the existing NVivo product preserves access to the required licensed software and associated vendor support during the stated period of performance. According to Lumivero’s Sole Source Letter, they are the only provider of these licenses.
